Section 1

Information We Collect

Account & Identity Information

When you register an account or place an order, we collect your full name, email address, phone number, delivery address, and billing information. This information is strictly necessary to process, fulfill, and deliver your orders.

Design & Creative Data

When you use our Cloud Studio 2.0 design tool, we store your design files, templates, layers, uploaded assets, and canvas states on our servers. This allows you to resume your designs, re-order products, and access your design history.

Usage & Behavioral Data

We collect anonymous, aggregated data about how you interact with our website — including pages visited, features used, time spent, and navigation paths. This data is collected via cookies and analytics tools and is used solely to improve our product experience.

Communication Data

Emails, support tickets, or messages you send us are stored and associated with your account. These are retained to maintain accurate support history and improve our service quality.

Device & Technical Data

We automatically collect technical information including your IP address, browser type, operating system, screen resolution, and device identifiers. This is used for security, fraud prevention, and compatibility optimization.

Section 2

How We Use Your Information

Order Processing & Fulfillment

Your personal and payment data is used exclusively to process, manufacture, and deliver your orders. We share only the minimum necessary information with our logistics partners for delivery purposes.

Product Improvement

Aggregated, anonymized usage data helps us understand how customers interact with our platform, allowing us to prioritize features, fix bugs, and optimize the user experience.

Communications

We use your email and phone number to send order confirmations, production updates, delivery notifications, and support responses. With your explicit consent, we may also send promotional communications, which you can opt out of at any time.

Security & Fraud Prevention

Technical and behavioral data is used to detect fraudulent activity, prevent unauthorized account access, and maintain the integrity of our platform and payment systems.

Section 3

Data Storage & Security

Storage Infrastructure

Your data is stored on secure, enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure with AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 encryption in transit. Our backend servers are operated in compliance with industry security standards.

Payment Security

We do not store raw card numbers or CVV codes on our servers. Payment processing is handled by PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways (Razorpay). We only retain transaction reference IDs.

Design File Storage

Your design files (canvases, assets, layers) are stored in a segregated, access-controlled storage environment. Only you, and our authorized support staff (when explicitly requested), can access your design data.

Data Retention

Account data is retained for as long as your account remains active. Order records are retained for 7 years for legal and tax compliance. Upon account deletion, personal data is anonymized within 30 days, except where retention is legally required.

Section 4

Third-Party Sharing

Delivery Partners

We share your name, phone number, and delivery address with our logistics partners (e.g., Delhivery, DTDC, or similar) solely for the purpose of delivering your order.

Payment Processors

Payment information is processed by Razorpay (PCI-DSS Level 1). We do not have access to your full card details at any point in the transaction.

Analytics Providers

We use Google Analytics and similar tools to collect anonymized, aggregated website usage data. These tools do not receive personally identifiable information.

Legal Compliance

We may disclose your information to government authorities or law enforcement when required by applicable Indian law (IT Act 2000, DPDP Act 2023) or a valid legal process.

No Sale of Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for their own marketing or commercial purposes. Ever.
