Important: Once printing is successfully completed and the item matches your approved proof, it is not eligible for return. This is the nature of custom, made-to-order manufacturing.

Custom Manufacturing

Every order is manufactured specifically for you. We begin sourcing materials, configuring machinery, and allocating production time the moment your proof is approved.

Quality Guarantee

We guarantee every item matches the approved digital proof. If a defect occurs on our end, we will replace or refund — no questions asked.

24-Hour Damage Window

Report any delivery damage within 24 hours of receipt with photographic evidence to be eligible for a replacement or credit.

What Is & Isn't Eligible

We've tried to be as clear as possible. Please read carefully before placing an order.

Eligible for Return / Replacement

Printing defect or damage caused during production (e.g., misprint, ink smear, torn substrate)

Order shipped does not match what was approved by the customer at the proof stage

Significant color deviation beyond ±10% Delta-E from approved digital proof (on calibrated screens)

Incorrect item type or quantity shipped compared to your confirmed invoice

Structural defect in packaging (box collapse, broken magnetic closure, etc.)

Not Eligible for Return

Orders where printing has been successfully completed to the approved digital proof

Change of mind, personal preference, or design changes after production begins

Minor color variation due to differences between screen display and physical print media (inherent in all printing)

Typos, errors, or design mistakes present in the file you approved before production

Damage caused during delivery when proof-of-damage is not reported within 24 hours of receipt

Custom or personalized items (invitations, name cards, bespoke packaging) once production is complete

Digital files, design exports, or any non-physical product deliverables

Contact Us Within 24 Hours

Email thenimantran.com@gmail.com with your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photographic evidence of the defect or damage.

We Review Your Claim

Our quality team reviews your submission within 1–2 business days. We may request additional photos or information to properly assess your claim.

Claim Decision & Resolution

If your claim is approved, we will offer a like-for-like replacement or a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Shipping (if required)

For certain claims we may require the defective item to be returned to our Banaras facility before issuing a replacement. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for verified defect claims.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 60 minutes of placement, provided production has not started. Once production begins, cancellations are not accepted as resources and materials have already been allocated to your job.

What if I notice a design error after approval?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or re-prints for errors in design files that the customer has reviewed and approved. This is why we encourage thorough review of your proof PDF before confirming production.

My delivery arrived damaged — what should I do?

Please photograph the damaged item and its packaging within 24 hours of delivery, then email us at thenimantran.com@gmail.com with your order number and the photos.

How long does the return/replacement process take?

Once we receive and verify a valid return claim, we process replacements within 3–7 business days. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after verification.

Is there a charge for return shipping?

For verified production defects or incorrect orders on our side, we cover the return shipping cost. For other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our facility in Banaras.
